What's the role about?

Sales Team Manager

(LEGO - Working for Powerforce)

Full Time, Permanent role Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 per annum + up to 15% bonus + Company Car + Fuel Card

Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekTerritory: Guilford, Woking , Kingston, Croydon, Tunbridge Wells, Norwich & surrounds

You will be working for Powerforce as a Regional Sales Team Manager on our LEGO UK Team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing, training, and developing a team of 10 LEGO Brand Ambassadors.
  • Motivating and inspiring the team to deliver excellence in call performance.
  • Leading the regional team, instilling a passion for performance and achievement, and driving ROI for LEGO.
  • Suggesting and developing new ways of working to advance the account and industry standing.
  • Developing team operating standards using field insights and data to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Embedding LEGO’s and Powerforce’s values within the team and ensuring they are lived daily.
  • Creating a dynamic team environment that encourages positivity, interaction, and creativity.
  • Ensuring all team members adhere to company standard operating systems.
  • Managing performance and addressing any issues related to conduct or performance.

Minimum requirements to be considered:

  • Strong people management experience, ideally in Retail or Toy sectors.
  • Proven success in developing and leading effective teams.
  • Focus on increasing sales performance and growth.
  • Hands-on approach to performance enhancement and field best practices.
  • Ability to innovate and challenge current methods for better results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for effective decision-making.
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ambition to succeed and grow within the role.
  • Full UK (or European) manual driving license held for at least 12 months.
