Area Sales Manager

Homebased / Reading

What you will be doing:

• Own and develop your territory by achieving sales targets, gaining, growing, and retaining customers
• Research your target audience and identify opportunities within your territory
• Build strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and understanding customer needs
• Onboard new customers effectively while maintaining relationships with existing accounts
• Partner with customers to understand their growth plans, add value, and offer practical solutions and products
• Monitor competitor activity and proposals to ensure you offer the best local solutions

What we are looking for:

We seek someone capable of winning new business and maximizing sales with existing customers. Ideally, you are commercially astute, proficient in Excel, and skilled in building relationships. A passion for sales is essential. Food industry experience is desirable but not required.
