Job summary

Tracker is seeking a Sales Team Leader to lead and support a team of Sales Advisors, driving excellent customer experience and achieving team goals. You will oversee daily activities across customer cases and inbound/outbound calls, coaching colleagues, improving processes and supporting service partners.

You will ensure high-quality CRM records and governance compliance while developing a customer-focused culture in a hybrid environment. Applicants with diverse backgrounds are welcome.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of sales teams in a hybrid setup.
• Strong telephone communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a hybrid sales team to hit targets.
• Manage day-to-day activities across inbound/outbound calls.
• Coach agents through training sessions and provide real-time guidance.
• Monitor activity levels and drive conversions across consumer and business queries.
• Drive growth through cross-sell, upsell and new business opportunities.
