Job summary

TD SYNNEX UK&I is seeking a Sales Operations Team Leader to guide a high‑performing team alongside the Sales Operations Manager. You will drive operational excellence, manage priorities, and ensure customers receive exceptional service.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong relationships, accountability and clear communication in a hybrid working environment. You will lead with listening and inclusion at heart.

Responsibilities

• Support workload planning and daily priority management for the team.
• Role-model Sales Operational Excellence and KPIs.
• Monitor customer SLAs across orders, quotes and queries.
• Act as SME for relevant systems and tools.
• Assist with Sales Operations training, onboarding and induction.
• Deliver and administer business incentives for the team.
• Be the first point of contact for escalations and respond quickly.
• Build strong relationships with Internal Sales Management.
• Coach and motivate team members; deputise for manager when needed.
