Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd is seeking a Sales Development Leader in Manchester City Centre. The role is a hybrid/office-based position with 4 days in the office, leading a team of 6-8 BDMs to drive outbound activity and pipeline growth.

You will coach, develop and manage performance, owning forecasting and pipeline quality while collaborating with Sales and Marketing to optimise campaigns and targeting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading an SDR, BDR or outbound sales team.
• Track record of managing and developing teams of 5+ sales development professionals.
• Strong outbound sales background.
• Demonstrable success improving team performance through coaching.
• Excellent understanding of pipeline management, forecasting and sales metrics.
• Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and developing a team of 6-8 BDMs.
• Driving outbound activity, meeting generation and pipeline performance.
• Delivering structured coaching, call reviews and objection-handling sessions.
• Owning pipeline quality, reporting and forecasting.
• Supporting onboarding and development of new hires.
• Working closely with Sales and Marketing to refine targeting, messaging and campaigns.
• Building a high-performance culture within a thriving Manchester office.
