Job summary

Just Temps is recruiting a Sales Support Administrator for our client on the outskirts of Halstead, Colchester, Essex. This is a full‑time temporary role (up to 12 weeks) with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate, focusing on lift equipment orders and warranty claims.

You will provide post‑sale support to distributors and customers, ensure accurate order processing in the ERP/SAP system, and coordinate across logistics, manufacturing and credit control.

Sales Support Administrator - We're currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our client based in the outskirts of Halstead, Colchester, Essex on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing. The role will initially be a temporary position for up to 12 weeks and for the right candidate will go permanent!

About the Role

You will be responsible for end-to-end management of lift equipment orders and warranty claims. This role provides technical, post-sale support to distributors and customers, ensuring accurate order processing in the ERP/SAP system, timely warranty resolution, and effective communication across logistics, manufacturing, and credit control. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday. The pay rate is £14.75-£15.00 per hour.
