Job summary

Trinity Resource Solutions in London is seeking a Sales Support professional to ensure smooth quotation-to-delivery processes. You will work with customers, the sales team, suppliers and manufacturers to process orders, coordinate installations and provide accurate updates. The role offers a varied, hands-on environment with growth opportunities.

You will liaise across departments, manage multiple orders, and maintain precise records to support timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Support or order management within a project-driven environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
• Liaise with clients, dealers, suppliers and manufacturers.
• Coordinate product demos, mock-ups, deliveries and installations.
• Process orders using ERP and internal systems.
• Review order acknowledgements and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide accurate project and order updates with the sales team.
• Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Produce order status reports and maintain records.
• Monitor snagging orders and resolve issues.
• Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high service levels.
• Support showroom activities and wider business needs.
