Trinity Resource Solutions in Reading is seeking a Sales Support professional to join our team. You will manage customer enquiries, process orders, and provide day-to-day support to the sales function, helping to deliver excellent customer experiences and maximise sales opportunities.

You should be customer-focused, highly organised, and comfortable handling multiple priorities. Experience in SAP and Salesforce is advantageous, with strong English and Italian communication skills.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with excellent communication.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Experience in Sales Support or Order Processing.
• Proficient with SAP or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, emails and enquiries.
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer queries and provide updates on orders.
• Progress sales enquiries through to order where possible.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Review pending orders and follow up on outstanding customer requirements.
• Manage customer accounts and provide administrative and troubleshooting support.
• Act as a key point of contact for Sales Managers and Key Account Managers.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts based on information.
• Provide general administrative support to the wider sales team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer support function.
