Job summary

TotalEnergies in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive sales support specialist to manage aviation and logistics queries, liaise with customers, and support the business in meeting strict deadlines.

You will enter sales orders in SAP, raise credits and debits, and handle goods receipts and supplier invoices, while supporting monthly pricing discussions with the General Aviation and Sales Support Manager.

Responsibilities

• Managing and prioritising queries with prompt acknowledgement and resolution
• Working closely with Logistics and haulier to organise and optimise deliveries of products
• Responsible for entering sales orders and confirmations in SAP
• Raising credit & debit notes
• Goods receipts and invoices processing
• Issuing weekly & monthly pricing working closely with General Aviation & Sales Support Manager
• Daily refueling uploads
• Dispute resolution with close communication with the Head Office Team
• Consignment locations invoicing
• Processing suppliers’ invoices
• Record claims in MS Dynamics (SALSA Dynamics) towards achieving 100% resolution and customer satisfaction
• Delivery of monthly dashboard (sales/volumes, customer service analysis) during monthly business reviews
