TotalEnergies UK is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to join our General Aviation and International Aviation teams in London. You will handle inquiries, coordinate deliveries, and process orders to support customer service excellence.

The role requires strong IT literacy, good organisation, and clear communication, with experience in SAP and MS Dynamics preferred. You will contribute to dashboards and monthly reviews while upholding the 'right the first time' ethos.

Formación

• Degree required and IT literate.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Problem solving ability with customer focus.
• Experience in Sales support or B2B Customer Service preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and prioritise enquiries with prompt acknowledgement and resolution.
• Coordinate deliveries with Logistics and haulier to optimise shipments.
• Enter sales orders in SAP and manage goods receipts/invoices.
• Prepare monthly dashboards and support monthly reviews.
• Record claims and resolve complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.
