Alma Personnel are pleased to be working with their Sutton Coldfield based client to recruit for a Sales Support Executive to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

This role will require you to make outbound calls to customers on a daily basis, this will be warm calling as there is NO COLD CALLING involved.

Main duties of the Sales Support Executive role include:

Liaising with customers on a daily basis and maintaining strong relationships

Following up leads and generating new business

Handle customer enquiries and follow up

Following up on quotes with the view to close sales

Update the CRM system accordingly

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience within a Sales Support role

Be confident in talking to customers on the phone, so you must be happy to pick up the phone and make outbound calls

Have excellent IT skills

It is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday.
