About The Role

We are looking for a creative, highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is part of a small, collaborative team supporting the Sales Planning Manager and working alongside the Customer Insights Manager. You will be a key point of support for our dynamic, multicultural team operating remotely across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Support

Support Sales Directors with the preparation of commercial discussion for key accounts:

  • Prepare proposals and presentations, ensuring they are visually engaging and effectively structured.
  • Create a central database documenting our best proposals to share and implement best practices within the team
  • Ad Hoc Support for tenders & RFPs

Administrative Support

  • Proactively prepare Sales Packs for key accounts: monitor contract renewal timelines and gather, analyse and summarise key contractual information and customer metrics, including:
    • Platform activity & usage data to support contract negotiations
    • Historical contract data for insights on pricing, products, terms, and customer footprint/reach to support renewal discussions
    • Identify & summarise key opportunities and issues captured in Engagement Reports / NPS
  • Account Management:
    • Sales Administration & Reporting – Provide administrative support to Sales Directors, ensuring sales reports, key commercial insights, customer records and account information are consistently captured in Salesforce.
    • Troubleshooting : assist Sales resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently, escalating complex matters to relevant departments when necessary (billing enquiries, user management, ad hoc requests, etc…)
  • Lead Management: qualify incoming leads, distribute them to appropriate Sales Directors and track lead progress through the sales funnel.


Key Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 1-3 years in a sales support, sales operations, or data-driven administrative role.

Skills:

  • Highly proficient with Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Creative and presentation skills – Ability to design clear, engaging, and visually compelling presentations in PowerPoint and Canva to support sales discussions.
  • Analytical skills to interpret and summarise platform activity, usage data, and contract history and customer feedback.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.


Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
