Job summary

Usay Compare is seeking a customer-focused support professional to be the first point of contact for customers. You will build rapport, understand options, and transfer qualified leads to Sales Advisers. This role offers a guaranteed base salary with uncapped commission and a clear path into Sales and Customer Service.

You will work the 6-week rotating shift pattern within our 8:00am–8:00pm hours, with Saturdays on a 1 in 6 rotation, and enjoy generous annual leave and benefits.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building rapport and helping customers understand their options. There is no cold calling, every customer you speak to has already shown interest in our services.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional support and transferring interested callers to our Sales Advisers. Your conversations directly contribute to successful sales, meaning your commission is in your hands.

Key Responsibilities

Salary & Commission

• £26,228 guaranteed basic with an annual salary review
• Uncapped monthly commission with realistic OTE of £33,000+
