Job summary

Zuto Limited in Manchester is seeking a motivated sales candidate to guide customers through the car finance journey from application to delivery, helping them choose the right finance options.

You’ll earn with uncapped commission, work towards clear targets, and benefit from training, ongoing development and wellbeing support, while being part of a lively team that celebrates performance and success, with progression into senior roles for top performers.

Qualifications

• 12 months' sales experience or more
• Great communication skills and confidence speaking to customers
• Natural ability to build rapport and influence
• A target-driven mindset with motivation to earn commission
• Good organisation and the ability to work at pace
• Resilience to keep going when things don’t always go your way

• Liaising with lenders and dealerships to keep applications moving.
• Understanding what customers need and finding the right solution for them.
• Keeping customer information accurate and up to date on our systems.
• Working in a high-energy team where performance and success are celebrated.

You’ll ideally have:

• At least 12 months' sales experience.
• Great communication skills and confidence speaking to customers.
• A natural ability to build rapport and influence.
• A target-driven mindset and motivation to earn commission.
• Good organisation and the ability to work at pace.
• The resilience to keep going when things don’t always go your way.

Experience in B2C, B2B, contact centres, retail, hospitality, door-to-door or utilities could all work well.
