Job summary

Huntress - Crawley is seeking a Sales Support & Customer Service Executive to join its growing commercial team in Reigate.

You will support Sales Managers, process orders from quote through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and a high level of customer satisfaction. The hybrid role offers 3 days in the office and 2 days at home after training, with a 9:00-17:00 schedule and 25 days holiday.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in sales support, customer service or order processing.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, B2B environment.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• ERP system experience (Dynamics F&O or similar desirable).

Responsibilities

• Supporting Sales Managers with quotations, pricing and administration.
• Processing and verifying customer orders in line with agreed terms.
• Acting as first point of contact for order and account queries.
• Monitoring open orders and resolving issues with Supply Chain and Finance.
• Maintaining accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.
