We are recruiting a Sales Support Coordinator to join our North West and Wales team. Working alongside one other Sales Support Coordinator in the Sales and Agency Division, this role offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential coordination and administrative support that directly contributes to our business success.

Your responsibilities include delivering effective, efficient, and confidential administrative support, coordinating health & safety requirements, organizing meetings and events, scheduling travel and accommodation, and supporting reporting and analysis using Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word.
This is a home-based role with regular travel primarily across Wales and occasional travel across the North West of England, up to once per week depending on business needs.
You are highly organized, proactive, confident working independently, and thrive in team settings. You are proficient in Excel, capable of creating spreadsheets, formulas, and analyzing data with V-Lookups, Pivot tables, and macros. You have experience with CRM systems and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You also hold a full and clean driving license, ready to travel as needed.
