Job Opportunity: Sales Support Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Support Executive to join our team. The role involves maintaining customer relations and administering business sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email, phone, in person, and social media channels.
2. Use the in-house system to generate accurate, timely quotes for customers.
3. Guide customers through product options, offering tailored advice to help them make informed decisions.
4. Provide exceptional pre- and post-sales support, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
5. Manage daily administrative tasks, including accurate paperwork handling and internal communication.
6. Liaise closely with the workshop team to ensure smooth processing of orders and updates on project progress.

The Company

This is a full-time role, working 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Some Saturday mornings may be required, with generous time in lieu or overtime paid.

• Proven success in a similar customer service or sales support role.
• A professional, customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong IT skills and experience with MS Office are essential.
