A leading company in the sustainable energy sector is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to assist with the management of sales support activities. The role involves training staff, managing data, and ensuring KPIs are met. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
Purpose of role is to support the Sales Support Team Manager, by assisting with day-to-day management of Sales Support activities, training and development of staff, sourcing of CVs and organizing interviews for new members of Sales Support, assistance with monthly 1:1s, ensuring that the team is performing within KPIs and proactively highlighting any concerns/trends to sales management, and assisting with team reporting for Sales Support and the wider Sales department. Alongside this, you will also be responsible for core Sales Support activities.
You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of Sales Support activities, ensuring they are completed within set KPIs, in a timely and organized manner. You will need to proactively support the team and the Sales Support manager, ensuring daily tasks are evenly allocated and completed efficiently, with a focus on customer/TPI satisfaction. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will also assist in training, mentoring, and recruiting junior sales support staff, promoting knowledge sharing and process improvements. Additionally, you will generate sales reports, track performance metrics, and analyze sales data to provide insights to the team manager.
