Job summary

Westcoast Limited is recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator Apprentice based at our Theale office close to Theale station. You will support sales orders, assist with pricing and customer management, and work within agreed SLAs.

Training is provided in the workplace and via a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship, with a mentor assigned as you grow in confidence. As you develop, you’ll take ownership of defined customers or order types, handle non-routine issues, and participate in

Qualifications

• No prior admin experience required; training provided in workplace and via apprenticeship.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail are essential.
• Good communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders across UK and international markets.
• Manage orders to maintain service levels and support profitability.
• Operate within pricing tolerance and escalate variances affecting margins.
• Keep up to date with products, services and systems; liaise with vendors.
• Support customer management and meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Grow responsibilities: ownership of defined customers/order types; handle issues end-to-end.
