Job summary

Westcoast Limited is offering an Apprenticeship as a Post Despatch Administrator Apprentice in Theale near Reading. You will receive full training in the workplace and through your Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship, with a named mentor to support your development.

You will provide administrative support to keep daily operations running, respond to queries, and help with reporting. As you grow you will take on more caseloads and work with management to implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Respond to queries and maintain accurate records; assist with reporting.
• Manage and coordinate the Post Despatch Department activities and documentation.
• Obtain Proofs of Delivery and support management with reporting requirements.
• Investigate issues such as failed deliveries and arrange updated delivery instructions.
