Job summary

ICE – Industrial Cleaning Equipment is seeking a Customer Support Administrator to join the Sales Administration Team in a permanent role. You will manage customer enquiries by phone and email, record leads in CRM, and process orders from inception to dispatch, ensuring on-time delivery.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with induction and ongoing training to support personal development and career progression within a fast-growing business.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Strong communication skills with excellent telephone and email manner.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for all customer sales-related enquiries via telephone and email, providing prompt and professional assistance.
• Record sales leads and relevant information in the Customer Relationship Management database for follow-up and tracking.
• Process customer orders from inception to dispatch and successful delivery within timelines.
• Coordinate order fulfilment with internal teams to meet customer expectations.
