Job Description

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

37.5 Hours per week. Monday - Friday. 9.00am - 5.00pm.

Purpose of the Post

To manage all incoming sales enquiries. To convert these enquiries into invoiced business or hand the lead over to a member of the field-based sales team according to size and business scale.

  • Administer all new sales enquiries coming into the sales inbox and assign to the relevant team member
  • Turn these sales queries around including the raising of quotations, sending new client registration forms, and being part of the onboarding team
  • Liaise with Europortal onboarding team to ensure training is arranged in a timely manner
  • Where the leads are potentially significant (revenue or business scale), ensure these are passed on fully to the Business Development Sales team
  • Answer phone calls from new customers and deal with queries as they arise
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after transferring to the customer service team
  • Respond to emails, texts, and phone calls from customers
  • Input new client details into CRM and log new prospects, leads, and opportunities
  • Communicate with new customers during the first month of operation to ensure effective service aligned with customer expectations
  • Carry out a full handover of the customer into daily customer service routines after the first month to maintain service quality
  • Provide high levels of internal and external customer care
  • Have a good understanding of core operating systems – FGS, CRM, CLO, CLQ, Europortal, RelationWise, and other applicable systems
