Job Description:

G4S Fire & Security Systems (UK) is part of G4S Secure Solutions (UK), the UK’s largest private provider of security solutions. We now have an exciting opportunity to join the team at our Belfast site. The Business Support Administrator is responsible for the timely administration of all documentation associated with the contracts. This includes both paper and electronic administration systems.

What you will be doing in the role:

  • Process purchase orders for subcontractors / suppliers.
  • Set up new installation projects.
  • Process and set up small works projects.
  • Raise and approve invoices.
  • Liaise with Regional Engineering and Installation Managers as required.
  • Maintain Docuware storage system.
  • Provide support and assistance to the Head of Business Support.
  • Book travel and hotels.

What we are looking for:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Understanding of commonly used office packages.
  • High standard of computer literacy.
  • Ability to prioritize and work on own initiative with an eye for detail.
  • Self-motivated & confident with logical & numerical aptitude.

Salary up to £23,840.64
