Do you enjoy a mix of warm sales and service?
My client is an established supplier of industrial materials boasting household names within their client portfolio.
You will be responsible for managing inbound customer enquiries and orders, as well as re-engaging lapsed accounts to explore new business opportunities. This is a sales support role with real commercial impact, perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering excellent service.

The role:

  • Respond to inbound enquiries and process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Reconnect with lapsed or dormant accounts to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Provide clear, confident communication with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery
  • Follow up on quotations and ensure all client interactions are logged within the CRM system
  • Liaise with external sales representatives and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a high standard of customer care at all times and contribute to team-based sales targets



The candidate:

  • Previous experience in sales support, internal sales, customer service, or order processing is essential
  • Confident communicator, both over the phone and via email
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office packages
  • A proactive, commercially aware mindset with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
