Job summary

Frazer, part of STARK Building Materials UK, is seeking a Sales Specialist for our Watford branch (WD18 8RT). You will build strong relationships with new and existing customers, understand their needs, and drive sales through informed product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and lapsed customers to understand and meet their needs.
• Maximise customer interactions to achieve sales and profit targets via upselling and cross-selling.
• Get to know suppliers and continuously improve product and industry knowledge.
• Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled promptly.
• Follow plans to continuously improve customer experience.
• Advise customers on trading terms and credit information.
• Support all company initiatives.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Specialist in our Watford (WD18 8RT) branch!

Hours: Monday - Friday 6.30am - 4.30pm

What You'll Be Doing

• Building excellent relationships with new and lapsed customers so you can understand and meet their needs
• Maximising customer interactions to support the achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross-selling relevant products, offering specific product advice.
• Getting to know our suppliers and continuously looking for opportunities to improve product and industry knowledge
• Ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion.
• Following plans to continuously improve customer experience.
• Advising customers on trading terms and conditions and information in relation to customer accounts and credit levels. (financial)
• Supporting all Company initiatives.
