Lead B2B Sales Representative (Commission-Only Trial) | Proxy & Web Scraping Industry

Location: Remote

Compensation: Commission-Only (Trial) → Salary + Commission Potential

Zetta Proxies is a fast-growing provider of residential and datacenter proxy solutions designed for businesses that rely on web scraping, data collection, and cybersecurity. We help companies access clean, reliable IPs to power their data-driven operations.

We’re looking for a Lead B2B Sales Representative who can drive our outbound sales efforts, generate their own leads, and close high-value deals. This role starts as commission-only, but after proving success, there’s potential for a salary + commission structure.

  1. Develop and execute a cold outreach strategy (email, LinkedIn, calls).
  2. Identify and generate high-value B2B leads.
  3. Close deals with businesses needing proxy and scraping solutions.
  4. Track outreach, pipeline, and sales performance.
  5. Provide feedback to improve sales processes and help shape the future team.

Trial Period (Commission-Only):

  • 30% commission on the first month of each new sale.
  • 15% recurring commission on renewals.
  • Performance bonuses for high-value deals.

After Successful Trial:

  • Base salary + commission package (negotiable based on performance).
  • Opportunity to build and lead a sales team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (SaaS, tech, marketing, data services, or proxies preferred).
  • Strong lead generation and closing skills.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships from scratch.
  • Self-motivated, hungry for commissions, and excited about long-term growth.
