John Clark Motor Group is seeking a driven Sales Executive in Aberdeen. You will sell new and used vehicles, secure finance and insurance options, and deliver exceptional service to customers. The role rewards performance with uncapped commission and a company car, within a 5-day work week.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced team, taking control of your earnings and career growth while building strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing as Sales Executive:

• Selling success – Achieve targets for new and used vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessories.
• Maximising Finance & Insurance (F&I) opportunities – Present tailored finance solutions, protection plans, and value-added products to enhance the customer experience.
• Building connections – Engage with customers, understand their needs, and create lasting relationships.
• Following up leads – Proactively contact potential customers to maximise opportunities.
• Sealing the deal – Confidently handle objections and negotiate sales transactions.
• Delivering excellence – Ensure outstanding customer service every step of the way.
