Job summary

Hawco VW Elgin is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our high-energy team. You will drive sales of new and used vehicles, arrange finance and insurance, and build lasting customer relationships in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You’ll need proven car sales or customer-focused sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and a genuine hunger to succeed within a supportive team. We offer uncapped earnings, a company car option and career growth opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing as Sales Executive:

• Selling success – Achieve targets for new and used vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessories.
• Maximising Finance & Insurance (F&I) opportunities – Present tailored finance solutions, protection plans, and value-added products to enhance the customer experience.
• Building connections – Engage with customers, understand their needs, and create lasting relationships.
• Following up leads – Proactively contact potential customers to maximise opportunities.
• Sealing the deal – Confidently handle objections and negotiate sales transactions.
• Delivering excellence – Ensure outstanding customer service every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For:
