Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a Sales Executive to join our fast-growing UK team. This role places you as the main contact for customers, driving branch success and achieving targets through proactive engagement and sharp negotiation.

You will work a 42.5-hour week on a rotational pattern, including weekends, with the potential to earn a competitive base salary (£28,200) plus strong bonuses. Training will be provided to build product knowledge and sales skills, even if you’re new to cars.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience of working in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working).
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Our Sales Executives are the main point of contact for our customers and ensure the efficient running of their branches.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues.

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.
