Job Role: Sales and Retention Executive

At Simplyhealth, we’re looking for enthusiastic, inquisitive, and motivated people to join our team as a Sales and Retention Executive. You’ll be engaging with customers to drive membership and growth. This multifaceted role involves attracting new customers and helping existing customers understand how they can maximize their health plans with us.

You will make outbound and inbound calls to qualified contacts. Using your natural ability with people, you’ll promote our products to maximize sales opportunities, while also meeting quality assurance standards and providing an excellent customer experience.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced sales role within an ambitious and driven team, where you’ll work towards achieving and exceeding personal and team targets.

We offer a collaborative and friendly team environment that supports your training and development. The role is based at our Andover Head Office, with discretionary hybrid working options available after training completion.
