This is a full-time position reporting directly into the General Manager. Our Sales and Retention Managers are responsible for supporting the team in the successful operation of the gym, with a focus on driving new member sales, maximizing retention, and overall growth of the member base through various strategies inside and outside the gym.

Job Responsibilities

  • Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
  • Demonstrate and uphold our elevated standards of working
  • Lead by example in our FUNDAMENTALS sales process, support and train the team to improve performance
  • Focus on driving new member sales and retaining existing members
  • Manage activity planners for the gym, ensuring thorough planning and execution
  • Implement strategies to increase lead generation both internally and externally
  • Monitor dashboards and KPIs, communicate insights to the team
  • Drive revenue across membership sales, products, and secondary revenue streams
  • Prepare and deliver monthly sales presentations
  • Build relationships with local businesses for partnerships
  • Develop #WeMoveBusinesses membership opportunities
  • Lead on reception and gym floor to enhance member experience
  • Support national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
  • Provide regular, constructive feedback to support team development
