About the Role

At Simplyhealth, we’re looking for enthusiastic, inquisitive, and motivated people to join our team as a Sales and Retention Executive. You’ll be speaking to our customers to help drive membership and growth. This is a multi-skilled role, involving acquiring new customers and assisting those considering leaving to understand how they can get more out of their health plans with us.

Responsibilities
  1. Make outbound and inbound calls to qualified contacts.
  2. Promote our products to maximise sales opportunities using your natural ability with people.
  3. Meet quality assurance standards and provide an excellent customer experience.
