Job Title: Sales and Retention Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic, inquisitive, and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales and Retention Executives. Your role will involve engaging with customers to drive membership growth and retention. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls to qualified contacts, promoting our products to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring excellent customer service and meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Engage with customers via calls to promote health plans and services.
  2. Assist customers considering leaving by explaining how they can get more value from their health plans.
  3. Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets.
  4. Provide a positive customer experience, adhering to quality assurance standards.
Additional Information

This role is dynamic and fast-paced, working within an ambitious team. We offer comprehensive training and development support. The position is based at our Andover Head Office, with optional hybrid working arrangements after training completion.
