Evans Halshaw Vauxhall Cardiff is seeking a Sales Executive to join a fast-moving, customer-focused team. Basic salary £22,000 with an OTE of £42,000 (uncapped) plus a guaranteed bonus for the first 6 months, in a 40-hour week, with pension and life assurance.

You’ll help customers find their perfect vehicle, upsell on accessories and finance, and deliver exceptional buying experiences while complying with FCA regulations.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• Ability to upsell and explain finance/insurance options.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and process.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers to their ideal vehicle and follow through to sale.
• Upsell accessories, extended warranties and finance options.
• Maintain compliant and accurate records under FCA guidelines.
