Howards Motor Group, a leading family-owned regional group, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team across 14 brands and 27 dealerships in Somerset, Dorset and Devon. You will drive volume and profitability, develop a high-performing team, and maintain strong relationships with customers and manufacturers.

Qualifications
- Proven managerial experience within an automotive retail sales environment.
- Track record of achieving volume and profitability targets.
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to build trust and rapport.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales department across new, used and commercial vehicles.
- Ensure volume and profitability targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and coach the sales team to achieve individual and department goals.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal display and preparation of vehicles.
- Identify opportunities in finance, accessories and add-on products.
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and company policies.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless customer experiences.
