Job summary

TGW Group is seeking a Sales Project Manager to lead high-value warehouse automation projects across the UK and Northern Europe. You will act as a commercial, consultative lead, coordinating bid teams and senior stakeholders to craft tailored solutions and drive contracts to a successful close.

You’ll manage complex opportunities, shape requirements, and deliver value-driven outcomes while maintaining accurate forecasts and collaborative relationships within TGW’s cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse automation, intralogistics or related fields.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Leading complex sales opportunities and tender processes from initial engagement through to contract award.
• Building trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders at all levels.
• Acting as the central orchestrator of internal solution teams, aligning technical, commercial and operational functions throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Developing, shaping and presenting compelling warehouse automation and intralogistics solutions.
• Managing commercial proposals, project budgets and fixed-price offers.
• Supporting contract negotiations and driving commercial discussions to successful outcomes.
• Identifying, assessing and mitigating commercial, technical and contractual risks.
• Maintaining accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data and opportunity plans.
• Monitoring market trends, customer challenges and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
