Job summary

TGW Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a commercially driven Sales Project Manager to lead high-value warehouse automation projects across the UK and Northern Europe. You will blend consultancy, project management and strategic sales to understand client challenges, shape requirements and develop tailored automation solutions.

You will guide complex opportunities from qualification through to contract award, coordinate multi-disciplinary bid teams, manage budgets and negotiate terms.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse automation and intralogistics environments.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales opportunities and bids.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex sales opportunities and tender processes from engagement to contract award.
• Coordinate cross-functional bid teams and manage commercial proposals and budgets.
• Build relationships with customers and key stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify and mitigate commercial, technical and contractual risks.
