Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead automated warehouse solutions across the UK and internationally. You will manage full project lifecycles for ASRS implementations, travelling across the UK and Europe as required while spending significant time coordinating remote project delivery and customer sites.

• Proven experience delivering technical or engineering projects, ideally in automation, logistics or industrial environments.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and managing complex project portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of automation projects from planning through handover.
• Coordinate engineering, installation, commissioning and customer teams across the lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and resources.
• Act as primary contact for customers and stakeholders, driving communication.
• Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues and changes.
• Ensure on-time delivery, within budget and to quality standards; support site activities as needed.
