Job summary

AkzoNobel in Altrincham is seeking a Support Centre/Sales Process Coach to join our Continuous Improvement team. You will guide process adoption, controls and compliance, and coach sales and support colleagues to drive better service and operational excellence.

The role focuses on data-driven analysis, reporting, and partnering with stakeholders to implement improvements, maintain ISO standards, and ensure accurate transaction handling across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing, support centre or operations environment.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, systems and controls.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Proven stakeholder management and clear communication.
• Ability to coach, influence and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Support Centre and Sales teams on processes and controls.
• Act as first point of contact for process queries and escalation.
• Monitor compliance against key controls and self-assessment frameworks.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Produce reports to support decision-making and performance.
• Assist investigations into process exceptions and operational risks.
• Collaborate with third-party partners to ensure accurate store transactions.
• Support ISO compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to monthly reporting and wider CI projects.
