Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process and acknowledge customer purchase orders promptly.
• Set up new and repeat products in MIS.
• Check orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide order updates via telephone and email.
• Raise and process purchase orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to progress orders.
• Prepare production paperwork and documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics and planning to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve queries.
• Handle calls and assist visitors; data entry and records.
