Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Order Processor to join a well-established team in Rochdale. You will process orders accurately using the ERP system, track deliveries, manage amendments, and respond to customer queries by phone and email.

The role also involves handling price adjustments, maintaining price lists, resolving complaints, and generating credit notes while ensuring master data remains up-to-date.

Competenze

• Previous experience in sales order processing or sales administration.
• Experience using an ERP system.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Confident communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment.
• Good IT skills and confidence working with internal systems and data.

What you will be doing:

• Processing all incoming customer orders accurately using the ERP system
• Tracking delivery dates and processing delivery notes
• Managing order amendments, cancellations and rebookings
• Supporting customers via telephone and email, responding to queries and resolving issues
• Processing monthly and quarterly price adjustments
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date price lists
• Handling customer complaints and ensuring they are resolved efficiently
• Creating and processing credit notes
• Maintaining accurate customer and product master data
• Supporting the smooth running of the wider sales administration function

What you need to bring:

• Previous experience in sales order processing or sales administration
• Experience using an ERP system
