Job summary

Legal 500 is seeking a Sales Order Compliance Coordinator to ensure all sales orders are accurate, complete, and compliant before invoicing. This role sits between Sales and Finance and helps guarantee revenue is processed correctly.

You will validate orders with sales teams, resolve issues, and ensure documentation is captured for timely invoicing while maintaining CRM data quality and supporting invoicing processes.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel and data entry.
• Experience using CRM systems (Dynamics 365 desirable).

Responsibilities

• Review and validate sales orders against contracts and internal policies.
• Ensure required information and documentation are in place for accurate invoicing.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies with sales teams before orders are approved.
• Work with Finance to resolve invoicing or payment issues.
• Maintain high-quality data in the CRM system.
• Support client and internal queries related to orders and invoicing.
• Assist with invoicing and Accounts Receivable processes after onboarding.
