Pertemps Leeds in Manchester is seeking a confident Sales Advisor to join a small team where you balance customer service with sales and hands-on duties. You will upsell packages, handle enquiries and support day-to-day site operations, including forklift tasks when required.

This varied role requires effective communication, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work towards sales targets while delivering a reliable customer experience. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and upselling in a face-to-face environment.
• Proven ability to convert enquiries into sales and upsell products.
• Confident and professional when dealing with customers.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Able to work to sales targets and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customer enquiries face-to-face and over the phone.
• Understand customer requirements and advise on products and services.
• Identify and maximise sales opportunities to hit targets.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Complete administration accurately and in line with procedures.
• Operate a forklift as required.
• Carry out site checks and maintain high standards.
• Support with customer accounts and payments when needed.
• Work independently and take responsibility in absence of management.
