YOKOHAMA Europe is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist in Milton Keynes to support the end-to-end sales order process. You will work with sales, logistics, IT and marketing to ensure accurate orders, timely delivery and high service levels.

The role involves monitoring orders, back orders and exceptions, maintaining data integrity, and improving operational efficiency across the sales ops stack. A strong communicator is essential.

Competenze

• Experience in sales operations or order management.
• Experience with order processing systems and maintaining data accuracy.
• Experience liaising with sales, logistics and customer-facing teams.
• Knowledge of B2B e-commerce platforms is a plus.

• Support end-to-end sales order process from entry to delivery.
