Job summary

Kubus Group Limited in London is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support the Sales team and improve customer experience across quotes, orders and data accuracy.

You will work closely with Sales, Finance and Distribution, manage Salesforce data, train teammates on quotes, and help ensure smooth order processing and timely shipments. The role is based in London and offers a competitive salary, bonus, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level sales support for customers, including basic quotations and resolving queries.
• Maximise selling time by handling customer tasks and escalations as needed.
• Maintain accurate team data in Salesforce and other systems; own data quality.
• Ensure quotes are correct and train team on quoting processes and system updates.
• Monitor and process sales orders and POs; escalate issues to keep the sales cycle smooth.
• Manage sales back orders and ensure timely shipment of allocated stock.
• Collaborate with Technical and Distribution teams to complete tasks and provide billing feedback.
• Create leads in Salesforce when opportunities arise and support marketing in lead allocation.
