Job summary

MCS Group is recruiting a Sales Operations Coordinator in County Armagh to support the sales function with accurate data, up-to-date customer records, and reliable quotes. You will ensure MRP data is maintained and CRM information is clean, enabling smooth collaboration between sales and production.

The role focuses on data quality, process discipline and proactive information gathering to drive efficient order processing and timely quotations in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills are essential to manage data and timelines.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Experience working with CRM systems and high-volume data.
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools for reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales & MRP Management.
• Accurately enter and maintain sales data within the MRP system.
• Keep customer, pricing and job information accurate, current and audit-ready.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Manager.
• Maintain, cleanse and improve CRM data.
• Ensure customer records, contacts and opportunities are accurate and up to date.
• Support reporting and pipeline visibility through high-quality data.
• Assist with RFQ management to support timely and accurate quotations.
• Research new or unusual materials, coatings and manufacturing processes.
• Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to gather technical and commercial information.
