Job summary

Bowmay Consulting is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator for a flagship manufacturing client in the UK/Ireland region. You will support the sales team, track projects from enquiry to completion, and ensure clear progress and updates across internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates are highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. Experience in textiles or related degree is advantageous, with a focus on maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support, sales coordination or project coordination role in a manufacturing environment.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and confident communicating with sales teams, customers and internal departments.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
• Proactive and able to chase for updates when needed.
• Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
• Commercially aware with understanding of the sales process.
• Tender or proposal coordination experience is a plus.
• Interest in textiles with related degree or background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination of projects and opportunities.
• Manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion; track actions, deadlines and progress.
• Proactively chase for updates and coordinate information between sales, customers and internal teams.
• Support tender inputs, proposals and submissions.
• Prepare information and documentation for customer meetings.
• Ensure customer follow-up actions are completed on time.
• Help move new product ideas from concept to customer presentation.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and project information.
• Assist with trade shows and occasional client visits.
