Job summary

Azelis is seeking a Sales Administration professional to process customer orders and drive delivery through the order lifecycle. You will liaise with Commercial Assistants, Credit Control, and Supply Chain Coordinators to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include managing ERP order handling, addressing data issues, and supporting continuous improvement of processes and best practices. Strong English, adaptability, and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders and manage delivery through to completion.
• Advise on price issues and delivery dates to Commercial Assistant.
• Coordinate with Credit Control for order release.
• Send acknowledgements and confirmations to customers.
• Follow-up open orders and update backorder lines.
• Master ERP functionality for order handling to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with Commercial Assistant and Supply Chain Coordinators to resolve blocking points.
• Review amendments and non-conformances with the team.
• Raise credit notes and reinvoicing.
• Provide feedback to enable closing of non-conformances in CRM.
• Support development of best practices and cover Sales Administration when needed.
