Job summary

Azelis Holding S.A. is seeking a Sales Administrator in Runcorn to process customer sales orders from receipt to delivery. The role collaborates with Commercial and Operations teams to ensure accurate order handling, timely acknowledgements, and proactive backorder management.

You will master ERP order handling, liaise with commercial and supply chain teams, and monitor credit controls and order statuses. Strong English, IT and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Process sales orders in Azelis ERP and advise Commercial Assistant of deviations
Send order acknowledgements and confirmations to customers
Follow-up open orders and update backorder lines daily
Master ERP functionality for order handling and service quality
Coordinate with Commercial Assistant to resolve data issues, shortages, or credit limits
Coordinate with Supply Chain Coordinators for order lifecycle
Review amendments and non-conformances with relevant team
Raise credit notes and reinvoicing as required
Provide feedback to improve CRM and data quality
Ensure information flow to team members and stakeholders
Develop expertise in processes and best practices
