GreensafeIT is seeking an experienced Sales Operations and Business Enablement professional to improve the processes, systems, reporting and controls that support our commercial success. You will shape how the sales function operates and grows.

You will create structure and visibility across the sales pipeline, support accurate forecasting and commercial decision-making, and help opportunities move smoothly from the sales team into operational delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales Operations and Business Enablement function, providing structure across sales processes, data, reporting and handovers.
• Connect Sales and Services teams to move opportunities into delivery with clear ownership and onboarding.
• Oversee quotes and statements of work, ensuring pricing and approvals are consistent.
• Own sales reporting and insight on pipeline, forecasts, revenue, conversion and demand.
• Maintain high-quality CRM data across customer, opportunity, quote and handover records.
• Set performance measures and service standards for Sales Operations.
• Coordinate queries across Sales, Services, Transition, Finance, IT and Supply Chain.
• Define the sale-to-transition process ensuring complete customer data for onboarding.
• Strengthen governance, reporting, escalation routes and consistent processes.
• Support onboarding readiness through CRM configuration and cross-team communication.
• Identify improvements through automation and streamlined workflows.
• Lead and develop the Sales Operations team with clear priorities and a collaborative culture.
